Technical Recruiters:
Donovan Technical Staffing, is aggressively seeking Sr. Technical Recruiters to support our National Division.
Candidates will need to have 2-4 years of technical recruiting experience in an agency environment.
As a Sr. Technical Recruiter you will partner with our National Sales team to provide the highest caliber of
contractors/consultants to our client base. You will develop and maintain quality relationships with IT &
Engineering contractors/consultants conducting telephone and in-person interviews.
Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, detail and customer service oriented. Must be proficient with the
Internet and have excellent sourcing techniques.
National Sales Managers:
Donovan Technical Staffing, is aggressively seeking National Sales Managers to support and expand our extensive client base. Candidates will need to have 2-4 years of successful sales experience working with C-Level Managers.
Qualified candidates will bring experience and an understanding on how to generate relationships with C-Level
Managers who utilize IT & Engineering staffing resources. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
generating quality new business while enhancing existing relationships.
